IRSA INVERSIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima informed that by meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 31, 2022, it was resolved to appoint Mr. David Williams, current Alternate Director of the Company appointed at the meeting of December 12, 2019, to assume the character of Regular Director in replacement of Mr. Marcos Oscar Moisés Fischman and until the expiration of the mandate that will take place on June 30, 2022. Williams was a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York City, which he joined in 1983. He has focused on cross-border corporate transactions in Latin America for more than 25 years.
