Tissue Regenix Group (AIM:TRX) ('Tissue Regenix' or the 'Group') the regenerative medical devices company, announces that, following the Group's announcement on 4 December 2020, Brian Phillips and Trevor Phillips have been appointed to the Board as independent Non-Executive Directors of Tissue Regenix.

Brian Phillips is now Chair of the Audit Committee and Trevor Phillips is Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
