Loders Croklaan Group B.V. entered into an agreement to acquire Ioi Lipid Enzymtec Sdn Bhd from IOI Corporation Berhad (KLSE:IOICORP) for approximately MYR 330 million on January 19, 2018. Loders Croklaan Group B.V. will operate Ioi Lipid Enzymtec Sdn Bhd as wholly owned subsidiary. The transaction has no impact on IOI Corporation's consolidated financial.
