Invicta Holdings Limited agreed to acquire 100% of the issued and preference shares in Invicta Global.

Invicta Holdings Limited (JSE:IVT) agreed to acquire 100% of the issued and preference shares in Invicta Global on January 23, 2019. The transaction is unconditionally approved by Competition Commission of South Africa. On January 30, 2019, the transaction was approved by the Competition Tribunal.
