Investor AB Proposes Dividend, Payable in May 2019 and November 2019

Investor AB Board of Directors proposed a dividend to the shareholders of SEK 13.00 per share for fiscal year 2018. The dividend is proposed to be paid out in two installments, SEK 9.00 per share to be paid in May 2019 with record date of May 10, 2019 and SEK 4.00 per share to be paid in November, 2019, with record date November 11, 2019.
