Zhejiang Inventronics Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 122,554,400 in an equity round of funding on January 8, 2017. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Zhejiang Yuancheng Landscape Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603388) to maintain its 100% stake in the company after the transaction. The transaction was approved at the 21st session of the 1st directorate of the investor and also needs approval from its 2017 1st shareholders’ meeting. The amount of CNY 120,000,000 will be added to the registered capital and remaining to the capital reserve The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 50,000,000 to CNY 170,000,000.
