IOVTEC Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of wind power ship leasing services, detection surveys and wind farm maintenance services. Wind power ship leasing services are mainly divided into ship leasing during construction period service and ship leasing during maintenance and operation period service. Ship leasing during construction period service provides installation of wind turbines, cables, underwater foundations and other peripheral support services. Ship leasing during maintenance and operation period service provides fixed inspections such as on-water and underwater inspections of wind farm support facilities, as well as painting and temporary repair services. The Company is also engaged in the provision of pre-construction site investigation services for offshore wind farms to assist developers in planning for the wind farms.
