On March 17, 2017, David S. Burnett provided notice of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of Interlink
Electronics, Inc., effective as of April 15, 2017. Mr. Burnetts departure is associated with the consolidation
of the Charleston, SC office into their California operations, and is unrelated to the change of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm.
