		Placement, which is the offering price that is lower than 90%
		of the market price of the Company's shares by calculates
		from ordinary share the weighted average price of the
		Company's ordinary shares on the stock exchange for the
		past 7 consecutive days before the first day of offering the
		newly issued ordinary shares to Private Placement, which is
		in accordance with the terms and conditions of Clause 2.2.2
