Further to Current Report No. 2/2020 of January 30th 2020, the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the "Company") announces a new date of issue of the report for Q3 2020 (the "Report") relative to that originally set on November 18th 2020, as communicated in the aforementioned Current Report No. 2/2020. The new issue date of the Report has been set for November 16th 2020.
Legal basis:
Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated July 29th 2005, in conjunction with Par. 80.2 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018, and Par. 21.1 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on setting new dates for the performance of certain reporting and disclosure obligations, dated April 7th 2020.
