Intel Corporation (NasdaqGS:INTC) announces the agreement to acquire Silicon Mobility SAS on January 9, 2024. Silicon Mobility?s technology portfolio will extend Intel?s reach in the vehicle beyond high-performance compute into intelligent and programmable power devices. The acquisition is subject to necessary approvals.
Renaud Bonnet, Cameron Reese, and Ben Chouka of Jones Day (France) acted as legal advisor to Silicon Mobility.
