Integrated Ventures, Inc. (OTCPK:INTV announced that it has entered into a security purchase agreement with for private placement of 462,900 shares at a price of $1.62 per share for the gross proceeds of $749,898 on January 19, 2018. The company will issue warrants to purchase 347,175 common shares at an exercise price of $2.16 per share for a period of three years from the date of closing. The securities issued are restricted for transfer. The company will issue securities pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D.
