Inta Bina Group Berhad announced the redesignation of Mr. Yap Yoon Kong as Independent and Non Executive Member of Nomination Committee. Age 65, The date of change is 23 August 2022. The company had on 23 August 2022 resolved to merge the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee as the Nominating and Remuneration Committee (NRC).

Accordingly, the composition of the company's NRC are as: Ms. Au Foong Yee - Chairperson/Independent Non-Executive Director; Mr. Yap Yoon Kong - Member/Independent Non-Executive Director and Dato' Leanne Koh Li Ann - Member/Independent Non-Executive Director.
