Seung-Gon Kang signed the stock acquisition contract to sell 2.22% stake in Logistics Energy Korea Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A006490) for KRW 4 billion on March 26, 2014. The buyer will acquire 1 million shares of Logistics Energy Korea Co., Ltd. at KRW 4000 per share. The deposit of KRW 2.6 billion was paid on the contract signing date and the balance of KRW 1.4 billion will be paid within 60 days from the signing date. Post transaction, the buyer will hold 4.18 million shares of Logistics Energy Korea Co., Ltd. representing 9.26% stake. The transaction will be funded with buyer's own funds.
