Inscobee., Inc. (KOSE:A006490) agreed to acquire 6.7% stake in Api Meds, Inc. for KRW 6.1 billion on August 11, 2021. Under the transaction, Inscobee will purchase 2.033 million shares. Following acquisition, Inscobee will own 6.36 million shares in Api Meds. Transaction is expected to close by August 26, 2021.
