Contents And People, Logistics Energy company,.LTD will acquire 1.31 million shares and increase its stake to 2.9 million shares. During the December 31, 2014, Api Meds, Inc. had total assets of KRW 10.48 billion, total stockholders' equity of KRW 7.88 billion, sales revenue of KRW 47 million, and net loss of KRW 1.06 billion.
