INNOX Advanced Materials Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A272290) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 5,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will expire on September 14, 2020. As of March 12, 2020, the company had 215,334 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 14,646 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
INNOX Advanced Materials Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of information technology (IT) materials. The Company produces flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) materials, such as flexible copper clad laminates (FCCLs), polyimide films and coverlay.
