Dutch bank ING has announced that it bought back 10,489,893 shares during the week of January 1 to 5 inclusive, at an average price of 13.26 euros, representing a total outlay of just over 139 million euros.

As part of its share buyback program announced on November 2, 2023, the company has bought back 164,185,417 shares to date, for a total consideration of 2.12 billion euros, or around 84.8% of the program's maximum total value.
