InfraCom Group AB (publ) (NGM:INFRA) signed a non-binding letter to acquire Advoco Communication AB, Frontnode AB and Tell it to Mi AB from Appnode Group AB for SEK 54 million on January 29, 2021. The transaction is expected to close on March 31, 2021.
