OUTCOME OF THE APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME WITH THE ACCOUNTING AND CORPORATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY ("ACRA") TO:

1. HOLD THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM") FOR FY2021; AND

1. FILE ITS ANNUAL RETURN FOR FY2021.

Unless otherwise specified, all capitalised terms shall have the same meaning ascribed to the announcements dated 14 September 2021, 28 September 2021 and 15 October 2021 in relation to the application for extension of time to (i) release the announcement on the unaudited financial statements for the financial period ended 30 September 2021, (ii) provide a quarterly update on its efforts and the progress made in meeting the exit criteria of the watch-list for 1QFY2022 results, (iii) hold the annual general meeting for FY2021, (iv) issue the annual report for FY2021, and (v) issue the sustainability report for FY2021 (the "Announcements").

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Informatics Education Ltd. (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Announcements and wishes to announce that ACRA has on 19 October 2021 granted the Company an extension of time under Section 175 and Section 197 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore to hold the Company's AGM by 30 December 2021 and to file its Annual Return by 29 January 2022.
