Announcement of payment of interim dividend for the fiscal year 2020

Following the relevant announcement of 12.08.2020, the company "INFORM P. LYKOS HOLDINGS S.A." (hereinafter "Company") announces that the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2020 amounts to € 1.028.918,70 before withholding tax, corresponds to € 0,05 per share and is subject to 5% withholding tax in accordance with the provisions of law 4646/2019, ie € 0,0025. Consequently, the shareholders will receive a net dividend after the above mentioned withholding tax of € 0,0475 per share.

Beneficiaries are the shareholders of the Company who are registered in the files of D.S.S. on November 4, 2020 (record date). The cut-off date for dividend entitlement is set at 3 November 2020 and the starting date for dividend payment is set at 9 November 2020.

The payment of the dividend will be made through the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE as follows:

1. By the Operators of the entitled shareholders, if they have been granted the right of collection.
2. By depositing in the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), where the investor has stated that he wishes to collect the distributed amounts, for investors who do not wish to collect them through their Operators.
3. From the branch network of NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE to the shareholders who have not requested collection from their Operator or whose shares are kept in the Special Account of the Hellenic Stock Exchanges or for shares held in portions of non-appearing investors.

In order to collect the cash from the branch network of the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE, it is necessary to present the Police Identity Card and the printing of data of the Investor share code number in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS). Payment to a third party is made only upon presentation of a power of attorney, which will bear the full details of both the beneficiary shareholder and the authorized person (name, patronymic, ID number / VAT number), certified for the original signature by Police or other Authority.

After the passage of twelve (12) months from the date of payment, ie from November 7, 2021, the payment of the temporary dividend for the year 2020 will be made only from the Company's offices, in Koropi, Attica, 5th km. Varis-Koropiou Avenue.

It is pointed out that the right to receive a dividend is statute-barred after the lapse of five years (article 250 par. 15 of the Civil Code) from the end of the year in which the relevant claim was born and that after the statute of limitations the relevant amounts fall definitively to the Greek State in accordance with the article 1 of l.d. 1195/1942.
