Inform P. Lykos Holdings S.A. (ATSE:LYK) signed an agreement to acquire 56.5% stake CLOUDFIN LTD for €1 million on February 10, 2021. The existing management and the specialized executive team of Cloudfin will remain with the team of Inform to continue the successful course of the company.
