Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corp (TSE:3249) signed an agreement to acquire IIF Sendai Yamato Logistics Center from Industrial Asset Holdings No. 4 LLC for ¥1.5 billion on January 24, 2017. The price payment date is February 21, 2017. In related transactions, Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corp will acquire Osaka Konohana Logistics Center (49% co-ownership interest), IIF Fukuoka Hakozaki Logistics Center I (60% co-ownership interest), IIF Fukuoka Hakozaki Logistics Center II (60% co-ownership interest), IIF Itabashi Logistics Center (60% co-ownership interest), IIF Yokosuka Technology Center and IIF Shonan Technology Center, IIF Ota Logistics Center, IIF Osaka Suminoe Logistics Center I (75% co-ownership interest), IIF Osaka Suminoe Logistics Center II (75% co-ownership interest), and IIF Morioka Logistics Center II. Industrial & Infrastructure Fund will borrow new long-term debt of ¥13 billion to be used as part of the acquisition fund. Industrial & Infrastructure Fund will borrow the funds from Development Bank of Japan Inc., Mizuho Bank, Ltd., The Bank of Fukuoka, Ltd., Mizuho Trust & Banking Co., Ltd., The Nishi-Nippon City Bank, Ltd., The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and The Norinchukin Bank. The property handover date is February 21, 2017. Japan Real Estate Institute acted as appraiser.
