Indian Overseas Bank Appoints R. Sompath Kumar as Workmen Employee Director, Effective January 24, 2014

Indian Overseas Bank announced that it has appointed Shri. R. Sompath Kumar, as Workmen Employee Director on the Board of Directors of the Bank with effect from January 24, 2014 for a period of three years or until he ceases to be a Workmen Employee of the Bank or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
