Index International Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors Meeting No.5/2022 on July 19, 2022 has resolved to approve the appointment of directors in sub-committees as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr.Suchart Kadjinakul to be Member of the Risk Management Committee.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Sathaporn Naphapayarksiri to be Member of the Executive Committee.

In this regard, the list and position of the sub-committees details appear in the attached document and the effective date is July 19, 2022 onwards.
