HC Andersen Capital has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with the listed Finish company, Inderes Oyj. At the same time, Inderes Oyj will become minority shareholder in HC Andersen Capital. 

Today, HC Andersen Capital and Inderes Oyj have published plans to form a strategic partnership around Inderes' technology platform and a common ambition to expand internationally. In addition, Inderes Oyj will become minority shareholder in HC Andersen Capital.

Inderes, established in 2010, is a listed Finish company with the mission to democratize investor information - very similar to HC Andersen Capital. Inderes has created an advanced digital platform providing efficient investor communication, including an investor community, equity research, virtual investor events, and professional investor relations services.

In less than two years, HC Andersen Capital has built a strong position within Digital IR in Denmark and will be able to take a technology leap through the cooperation with Inderes,  and build a democratic investor platform, where companies can get access to investors in the Nordics.
