Independent Petroleum Group KSCP is a Kuwait-based company that primarily operates, together with its subsidiaries, in the petroleum industry sector. The Company’s principal activities include the trading of crude oil and petroleum products; strategic investments and joint ventures in petroleum storage facilities; terminal and distribution facilities; consulting services in the petroleum and petrochemical fields, and other activities related to petroleum industry, as well as the ownership of vessels, ship chartering and other related services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries included Independent Petroleum Group Limited and Independent Petroleum Group (Asia) Pte. Limited, which are engaged in the trading of crude oil and petroleum products; Independent Petroleum Group of Kuwait Limited; Independent Petroleum Group (Southern Africa) (Pte) Limited, and D&K Holdings LLC, which is a shipping company.
