On January 10, 2023, Impinj, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain preliminary unaudited financial information for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release, entitled "Impinj Announces Preliminary Fourth-Quarter 2022 Revenue Ahead of Participation at 25th Annual Needham Growth Conference," is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
