Imerys Appoints Vincent Lecerf as Chief Human Resources Officer

Imerys announced that the company moves on with the renewal and enlargement of its Executive Committee, after Jean-François Claver appointment as Chief Industrial Officer and Thierry Materne appointment as Chief Innovation Officer. Vincent Lecerf is appointed Imerys Group Chief Human Resources Officer. A member of the Group Executive Committee, he reports to the Chairman & CEO, Gilles Michel. Since 2008, Vincent was Executive Vice-President and a member of the Management Board of Tarkett. Previously, he held various human resources roles within Norbert Dentressangle Group, Rhodia, Poclain Hydraulics, and Valeo. Additionally, the responsibilities of Olivier Hautin, member of the Group Executive Committee since 2008 and Group Executive Vice-President now encompass Strategy and Acquisitions. Olivier Hautin joined Imerys in 1997 as Strategy Director then he has been in charge of several Imerys divisions, before taking the lead of the Energy Solutions & Specialties business group.

- Performance Minerals: the segment brings together three geographical business areas - Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), America and Asia/Pacific (APAC). This segment encompasses functional additives that give unique properties to the products they compose. It serves the plastics, rubber, paint and coatings, filtration, ceramic materials, renewable energy, paper and cardboard, food, health and cosmetic industries;
- Materials and High Temperature Solutions: the segment, managed globally, brings together two business areas - High Temperature Solutions and Refractories, Abrasives & Construction. This segment facilitates production processes involving high temperatures. It serves the refractory, foundry, metals, abrasives and building chemicals markets.
