IFS Capital Limited Approves First and Final One-Tier Tax Exempt Ordinary Cash Dividend for the Financial Year Ended December 31, 2018; Kwah Thiam Hock Not Seek Re-Election as a Director

IFS Capital Limited at its AGM held on April 29, 2019, approved the payment of a first and final one-tier tax exempt ordinary cash dividend of 0.55 cents per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2018.

Mr. Kwah Thiam Hock who has retired from the Board by rotation in accordance with the Constitution of the Company at the AGM, did not seek re-election as a Director of the Company.
