Promociones Renta Y Mantenimiento Socimi S.A. (BME:YPMR) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,828,170 shares, for a total of €3.66 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of €2 per share. The shares will be repurchased from Marques De Arlaban, S.L.U, Promociones Renta Y Mantenimiento S.L., Bancuentas Niquel, S.L. and Urbanizadora Rio Alarcon S.L.
