The Companyâs main subsidiaries include Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of digital video recorders (DVRs) used for video surveillance areas; KORTEK CORPORATION, specialized in the development, manufacture and distribution of monitors for industry uses, and IDP Corp., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of identification (ID) card printers. The Company's affiliated companies also include Matrix Network Inc, IDIS Europe Limited, Revo America Corporation and HD PRO CO., LTD, which are engaged in the distribution of DVRs, and manufacture of closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras.
