The transaction included participation from new investors Fujita TT Impact No. 1 Fund, a fund managed by Tokai Tokyo Investment Co., Ltd. and Fujita Innovation Capital Co., Ltd., NVCC Investment Limited Partnership No.
9, a fund managed by Nippon Venture Capital Co., Ltd., IE FAST & GREAT Fund, a fund managed by Innovation Engine, Inc., Arkray & Partners Pte. Ltd. and Ichinen Holdings Co.,Ltd. The company received funding through third party allotment of shares.
Ichinen Holdings Co Ltd is engaged in the car leasing related business. The Company operates through five business segments. The Car Leasing Related segment is engaged in the leasing of automobiles, equipment and other movable properties, the rental business and the disposal of expired leasing cars and the entrusted automotive maintenance business, among others.
