Undisclosed buyers agreed to acquire Ichigo Ofuna Building and Ichigo Kudan 2 Chome Building from Ichigo Office REIT Investment Corporation for ¥4.5 billion.

Undisclosed buyers agreed to acquire Ichigo Ofuna Building and Ichigo Kudan 2 Chome Building from Ichigo Office REIT Investment Corporation (TSE:8975) for ¥4.5 billion on April 26, 2024. Sale of Ichigo Ofuna Building has been completed on April 26, 2024 and the sale of Ichigo Kudan 2 Chome Building is expected to close on October 31, 2024. Ichigo Ofuna Building and Ichigo Kudan 2 Chome Building reported net operating income of ¥165,552,363 and net profit of ¥157,848,785 as at March 31, 2024.
