i3 Systems,Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter and nine months of fiscal year ending June 30, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 515 million as compared to JPY 425 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 133 million as compared to JPY 136 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 92 million as compared to JPY 115 million a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported net sales of JPY 1,451 million as compared to JPY 1,198 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 390 million as compared to JPY 364 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 264 million as compared to JPY 311 million a year ago.
i Cubed Systems Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of management services for managing mobile terminals as Software as a Service (SaaS), and the investing activities. The Company operates through two business segments. The CLOMO business segment provides functions for visualizing the usage status of mobile terminals, setting and restricting functions, and security measures as licenses, centered on CLOMO MDM, a mobile device management (MDM) service that centrally manages and operates mobile terminals and mobile personal computers (PCs).
