Hyundai has promoted the head of its Powertrain division, Kim Hae-jin, to president of its research and development (R&D) division. Kim replaces Kwon Moon-shik, who resigned from Hyundai last month. Kim will report to the R&D division's vice-chairman, Yang Woong-chul.
