Hyper Corporation Inc. (KOSDAQ:A065650) agreed to acquire SCAT Co., Ltd. from Son Chaewon for KRW 7.0 billion on June 25, 2024. A cash consideration of KRW 6 billion will be paid by Hyper Corporation Inc. As part of consideration, KRW 6 billion is paid towards common equity of SCAT Co., Ltd.
For the period ending March 31, 2024, SCAT Co., Ltd. reported total revenue of KRW 530.17 million and net income of KRW 181.17 million. As of March 31, 2024, SCAT Co., Ltd. reported total debt of KRW 176.34 million, total assets of KRW 597.94 million and total common equity of KRW 421.6 million.
The expected completion of the transaction is July 1, 2024.
