Hybricon Bus Systems Ab announced that it expects to receive SEK 10 million in funding from Montana Sweden AB, BGL Management AB, Capensor Capital AB, Dividend Sweden AB

Hybricon Bus Systems Ab (Publ) (XSAT:HYCO) announced a private placement of 1,219,512 common shares at SEK 8.2 per share for gross proceeds of SEK 10 million on March 23, 2016. The shares will be issued without preferential rights. The transaction will include participation from 23 new investors including Dividend Swedan AB, Fredrik Åhlander, Jimmie Landerman, and others.

Upon completion, the registered capital of the company will increase to 14,846,326 shares amounting to SEK 148,463,260.
