Yoshihisa Iida agreed to acquire 92.4% stake in OM Solar Co., Ltd from HyAS&Co. Inc. in a management buyout transaction for approximately ¥200 million.

Yoshihisa Iida agreed to acquire 92.4% stake in OM Solar Co., Ltd from HyAS&Co. Inc. in a management buyout transaction for approximately ¥200 million on May 15, 2024. For the period ended September 2023 OM Solar Co., Ltd reported total assets of ¥21 million and net assets of ¥1.2 billion.

The transaction is expected to close on June 14, 2024.
