Huuuge, Inc. (WSE:HUGE) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 17,100,000 shares, representing 20.32% of its share capital for $150 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of $8.76 per share.
The shares under the buyback will be acquired with the intention to redeem them. The program will expire on June 29, 2023. As of May 31, 2023, the company has 4,600,000 shares in treasury.
