The Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) of Norway yesterday published a report
criticising the audit, tax and advisory firm Mazars for the quality of their
work as Huddly's auditor. The report was subsequently covered in Norwegian
media.

Mazars has assured Huddly that the criticism from the FSA is related to
formalities in their auditing processes, and not issues that would have a
material effect on Huddly's accounts. The Board of Directors of Huddly agrees
with this view, and it is also corroborated by the report from the FSA, which
may be accessed here:

Huddly has requested that Mazars produces a detailed report explaining how these
issues could occur and what Mazars is doing to ensure that similar mistakes will
not happen again. Mazars has assured Huddly that they take the criticism from
the FSA very seriously, and has expressed regret that Huddly was affected.
