Hubei Jiuzhiyang Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 40,000,000 in equity funding on January 12, 2017. The transaction will include participation from existing investor, Hubei Jiuzhiyang Infrared System Co., Ltd (SZSE:300516). Pursuant to the transaction, the capital of the company will increase from CNY 10,000,000 to CNY 50,000,000. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company at its 6th meeting of 2nd directorate. The transaction is not subject to shareholder approval.
Hubei Jiuzhiyang Infrared System Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of infrared thermal imagers and laser rangefinders. The Company's main products include infrared thermal imager series, laser rangefinder series and customized combined series of infrared thermal imager and laser rangefinder. The Company is also involved in the research and manufacture of optical systems, infrared imaging components, lasers and other matching components and fittings. The Companyâs products are applied in various military and civil areas, including circadian monitoring, intelligence acquisition, target detection, observation and sighting, distance measurement, marine surveillance, law enforcement, security monitoring, forest fire monitoring, water traffic safety supervision and rescue, power line patrol, industrial inspection, inspection and quarantine and auxiliary driving.
