CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

Reference is made to the notice (the ''Notice'') of the 2017 annual general meeting of the Company (the ''2017 AGM'') issued by Huaxi Holdings Company Limited (the ''Company'') on 25 July 2017. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Notice and the Circular on 25 July 2017.

As mentioned in the Notice, the 2017 AGM will be convened and held on 22 August 2017.

For the purpose of ascertaining shareholders' entitlement to attend and vote at the 2017 AGM, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Thursday, 17 August 2017 to Tuesday, 22 August 2017, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of Shares will be registered. In order to determine the identity of Shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM, all Share transfers accompanied by the relevant Share certificates must be lodged with the Company's share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong not later than 4: 30 p.m. on Wednesday, 16 August 2017.
