(Stock Code: 1323) COMPLETION OF DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO DISPOSAL OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN TIGER GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED

References are made to the announcements of Newtree Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 28 March 2017 and 29 March 2017 in relation to, among others, the disposal of the entire equity interest in Tiger Global Group Limited (the "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent set out in the Disposal Agreement have been fulfilled and Completion took place on 30 June 2017. Following Completion, the Group ceased to have any interest in the Target Group.
