Huafang Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600448) agreed to acquire Binzhou Qicai Network Technology Co., Ltd. from Binzhou Huafang Property Co., Ltd. for CNY 0.5 million on January 30, 2015. Binzhou Qicai Network Technology Co., Ltd.‘s name shall become Binzhou Huachuang Network Technology Co., Ltd. The Directorate of Huafang approved the transaction with 9 votes in favour, 0 opposing and abstaining votes.
