KLW Holdings Limited Names Vivien Goo Bee Yen as an Independent Director, as Member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of KLW Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Vivien Goo Bee Yen as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 30 March 2020. The company also announced that following Ms. Goo's appointment, Ms. Goo will be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 30 March 2020.
