(TSE:3190) announced a private placement of 273,000 common shares with new investor SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., Investment Arm at ¥478.40 per share for gross proceeds of ¥130,603,200 on March 24, 2014. The subscription date is on March 25, 2014 and payment date is on March 26, 2014.
On March 26, 2014, HOTMAN Co., Ltd. closed the transaction.
