Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 29, 2021, Hoth Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") entered into an amendment (the "Amendment") to the employment agreement by and between the Company and Stefanie Johns dated August 28, 2020 pursuant to which Ms. John's base salary will increase to $250,000 per year effective as of February 1, 2021.
