Chatfield have over twenty five years of experience in commercial lending in Northwest Indiana. Chatfield is currently the President of the Michigan City Redevelopment Commission; Vice President of Homeward Bound in Michigan City and is on the Board of Directors for the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce.
