Hokkaido Chuo Bus Co., Ltd. (SPSE:9085) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 30,000 shares, representing 1.04% of its share capital, for ?110 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy. The program will run until April 28, 2022. As of November 11, 2021, the company had 2,898,490 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 247,510 shares in treasury.
